25.91%: JinkoSolar launches photovoltaic panel with record efficiency
JinkoSolar, a leading global supplier of photovoltaic systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS), introduced a new product at Intersolar last week. This is the new ul Tiger Neo 5.0 panel series with an output of up to 700 Wp, which achieves a record efficiency of 25.91%.

JinkoSolar celebrated 20 years of innovation in the photovoltaic industry at Intersolar Europe 2026. Over the past two decades, the company has driven the global energy transformation with cutting-edge photovoltaic and energy storage technologies.
At Intersolar Europe, JinkoSolar unveiled its latest portfolio of integrated photovoltaic and battery systems. In the energy storage sector, JinkoSolar covers a complete portfolio of solutions for large-scale power plants, commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, as well as the residential sector.
All battery products achieve precise temperature control with temperature differences between individual cells ≤ 2 °C, while the zone cooling system increases system stability in extreme heat and ensures safe and continuous operation in harsh conditions.
A new era of 700W+ panels
As a novelty, JinkoSolar unveiled the new flagship Tiger Neo 5.0 series panel at Intersolar Europe 2026, which takes performance and efficiency to a new level thanks to N-type TOPCon solar cell technology. While maintaining the same dimensions, the output power has increased from 670W to 700W, the module efficiency reaches 25.91% and the power density exceeds 259W/m², moving TOPCon technology into the era of power outputs above 700W.
In Europe, where JinkoSolar leads in panel shipments, the Tiger Neo 3.0 panel has become one of the best-selling models in the distribution market due to its excellent low-light performance due to diffuse radiation. In the past 5 years, the Tiger Neo series panel shipments have exceeded 300GW, making it the best-selling panel in the world.
